The role

The Sales Manager will have the mission to guide, manage and develop the business relative his/her sales area having the following responsabilities in Sales & MArketing:

  • Coordinate and develop the sales through the existing Sales Team which includes the agent’s network
  • Execute and implement sales and marketing strategies defined by Industrial Air Sales Managers
  • Ensure best pricing strategy defining logical and accepted price structure.
  • Ensure management control and sharing of market and competitors information.
  • Set, focus and review periodic sales, profit and efficiency reports and KPI’s.
  • Develop tools and process to support customers business growth in collaboration with the marketing and communication team, you will be involved to define/organize events activities, such as Competence Development Training, Distributor Event, Fairs
  • Effectively promote the company image breathing and living Brand Identity

Your mission as Sales Manager Ceccato Brand is to accelerate a sustainable growth and profitable business together with competent partner trough people interaction continuously looking for solutions and opportunities, by delivering reliable and innovative compressed air product offers with the aim to maintain and increase our distributors value and customers productivity.

You will lead the development of the equipment sales business of MultiAir Italia by implementing the Industrial Air Brand-Portfolio strategy.

You work closely together with the Product Manager, the other Industrial Air Sales Manager and the other members of the management team.

The core business growing in Italian market share of equipment with Ceccato and Marl Brands by constantly promoting the products and solutions offered to our dealers.

MultiAir Italia S.r.l. is a Customer Center within the Compressor Technique Business Area and responsible for the sales and aftersales business of the Italian market.

MultiAir is formed by the brands of: ABAC, ALUP, BALMA, CHICAGO PNEUMATIC, CECCATO, MARK, PNEUMATECH, WORTHINGTON CREYSSENSAC.

The business is managed through 3 Sales Units (Brendola, Cinisello, Robassomero) supporting a 100% Indirect Sales Channel (Dealers, Distributors, Resellers, OEMs).
