CECCATO is pleased to introduce the new formulation of its lubricants for oil-injected screw compressors FluidTech oils.
The new oils are more robust and characterized by improved water seperability; better foaming property; improved air release; decreased oil carry over; milder odor compared to previous version and a different color.
As the new FluidTech is a premium mineral oil, more purified during the refining process, its fresh color is much lighter and transparent than old FluidTech. Also during the oil life (oxidation process) its color will change different compared with the old formulation. After (depending of the operating conditions) a few 100 hours the color will change to red, then to purple and more to the end into (dark) brown. (This is only an indication how the color will change in most cases, never judge the remaining quality of the oil based on its color).
The new formulation of FluidTech is compatible with the old one, topping up the old formulation with the new one is allowed. Part numbers remain the same.
