High-quality dried air
Dryers aim to preserve and extend the production system’s lifecycle at the same time. To better understand their working principle, you must know that the ambient air, which surrounds the intake valve, introducing also particulates and other contaminants into the compressors. These polluted elements can damage, sometimes also permanently, your compressors and other production machines, and cause sudden stops. Therefore, compressed air treatment is necessary to extend the compressors’ life-cycle.
Dryers guarantee dried and clean air, without compromising internal production systems as well as causing unexpected stops or product contaminations. Investing in a drying system from the beginning increases your savings during the entire life of the compressed air system and the client’s satisfaction.
Dryers are available in different sizes and shapes. Some versions can be directly connected to the compressor, getting more free space in your production plan. We distinguish between two types of dryers, basing on dry compressed air: adsorption dryers, which use hygroscopic substances, and refrigerant dryers, which condensate and separate water and oil.
Ideal for applications that requires a conspicuous quantity of air, adsorption dryers are equipped with an automatic control system. Compact and flexible, they can be installed both horizontally and vertically.
> ADS Dryers, to high quantity of air, sensible to humidity
Refrigerant dryers are suitable for all applications that require dried air and don’t need any stop moment to be regenerated. They are a highly energetic efficient solution, since they drain the moisture without any compressed air wasting.
> CDX Dryers, for all industrial applications
> COOL Dryers, for dried air without any stop moment
