BstAIR 400
The bstAIR pressure elevators are designed for those industries and processes that require compressed air or nitrogen at high pressure, such as laser-cutting or blow moulding of PET and other plastics. They can be connected to low-pressure systems within your building, providing a pressure of up to 40 bar, with a loss from 0.4 m3/min to 3.6 m3/min.
The advantages of choosing bstAIR include lower maintenance costs, reliability and high attention to detail. They are equipped with a highly reliable, single-stage pumping system, which requires only quick maintenance and produces a low level of vibration. BstAIR is characterised by a slowly starting momentum, without electric peaks, and a gradual stop. For the heaviest use, you can choose a completely closed engine cooled with air.
BstAIR comes in two versions, both equipped with in-house internal products: the standard and the full-featured ones. The full-featured bstAIR has more pressure and temperature sensors, as well as the Advanced ES4000T and ICONS controllers.

BstAIR 300
Do you need a booster for a high-pressure air or nitrogen application such as bottle filling, pressure testing, laser cutting or gas handling? Or maybe you use it to manage peak consumption or as a back-up compressor? Count on the bstAIR 300. Available with a flow range from 0.20 m3/min to 0.83 m3/min, it is especially designed to give you continuous operation, maximum efficiency, and low noise levels.
BstAIR 300 grants you high-quality air. Their integrated purification system removes hence the residual oil. They guarantee a very comfortable workspace since the canopy reduces sound emissions considerably.
The bstAir 300 is built for high-pressure performance and reliability:
- Multistage piston pump achieves a working pressure of 300 bar.
- Inlet and outlet solenoid valves.
- Inlet pressure sensor stops the booster when the inlet pressure is too high or too low.
- Axial fan installed on the shaft of the booster provides cooling.
- Combined forced and splash lubrication system.
- Crankcase is vented via the oil separator and the oil breather to minimize oil consumption.
