To eliminate water without wasting air
Ideal to all applications that use compressed air, cyclonic condense drainers complete the compressed air system.
Their function consists in draining water contained in the ambient air as vapor, from the air, before it enters the piping system. Very silent, condense separators do not occupy space within the production building and they allow to avoid any damage to the machine and the final product.
The electric condense drainer (LD) contradistinguish for its sustainable aspect and allow for energetic savings, avoiding possible production stops, damage and corrosion. Condense drainers require few maintenance services and can be divided in:
- Mechanic drainer G120, at floating system, useful in case there is no access to electric power or the risk of fires or explosions is pretty high.
- Electromechanical drainer E220, characterized by small size, high draining capability, timer regulating start-and-stop, a test button and working alarms.
- Electric drainer LD, equipped with a mechanical tank, allows to a controlled drain of condense only, without wasting any compressed air.
The cycling separator exploits the centrifugal force to separate the condense from the compressed air, making the water falling and draining condense and humidity. The innovative design is in aluminum and, combined with the new technology, the cyclonic separator eliminates up to 99% of the liquid condense in the compressed air.
