Created to be used mainly in medium or large industries, fixed speed screw compressors DRE 100 – 150 HP are designed to reduce energy losses and to obtain maximum savings through maintenance. Compared to the lower power versions, DRE compressors use gear transmission, which grants higher reliability and stability. This technology increases the compressor’s efficiency up to 3% and extends the product’s life cycle more than when using belt transmission compressors.
The improvements to the design help you reduce maintenance costs with easier access to all components. Easy access makes the maintenance services faster and more efficient, as they can be performed by a single engineer. The controller provides constant monitoring of the compressor’s status and comes with a warning system that keeps you updated about the oil levels in real-time.
